Snow AI

Marketing stories, from Snow AI

Every product has a story. Tell it four ways.

Say who your customer is, what stood in their way and the moment it changed. Story writes it as an email, a social post, a 60-second video script or a landing page section, every one built on the same five beats.

Story is in build. It writes and saves stories today with a Snow AI sign-in; plans and pricing are being set. The businesses and people on this page are invented.

Dana drives for two rideshare apps. There is no employer, so nobody takes tax out of her pay.

Every April she found out what she owed, all at once.

So we set up a small payment for her every quarter.

This year, April was just another month.

Who it’s for

A list of features is easy to scroll past. A person isn’t.

Story is for anyone who has to say why their product matters, and keeps writing “fast, simple, affordable” instead.

The owner

For the business that does the marketing itself

You know your customers better than any agency. Fill in five boxes after a good week, and the email, the post and the page are there to copy.

The marketer

For the person who writes for several clients

One brief per client story, the same bones every time, and a draft in each format to edit rather than a blank page to fill.

The happy customer

For the story you heard and never wrote down

“Honestly, April was just another month.”

That sentence is the after. Story asks for the four beats around it.

5beats in every story: the person, what was in the way, the turn, after, the next step
4pieces from one brief: email, post, video script, page
4tones: warm, plain, bold and playful
60words at most in a social post
180words at most in an email’s body

How it works

Five boxes in. Four pieces out.

The brief

You tell it once, in your words.

The brief asks for the five beats, plus your business and what it sells. The more real the detail, the better it reads: “every April she found out what she owed” beats “tax stress”.

  • Your business, what it sells, and who the story is about
  • What was in their way and the moment it changed; what life is like now and the next step are optional
  • A tone, and which of the four pieces to write

The pieces

The same bones, told four ways.

Every piece is built from the same five beats, so the email, the post and the video say the same thing and sound like the same business. Each has its own shape and length.

  • Email: a subject line and a body under 180 words
  • Social post: under 60 words, made to stop a scroll
  • Video script: about 150 words with [SCENE] cues, for filming on a phone
  • Landing page section: a headline, a subheading and two short paragraphs

Honest by design

Nothing your brief doesn’t say.

Story writes through Ask, the family’s AI, and gives it the same plain rules with every brief. A story that invents a number reads well until a customer asks about it.

  • No invented statistics, and no claims the brief does not support
  • No made-up customer names: Dana is in the story because the brief named her
  • Plain words, short sentences, no hype

Story holds no AI model and no key of its own. Every draft is written through Ask.

Saved stories

Kept when you say so, and only for you.

Write it again as often as you like. Nothing is kept until you press Save, and a saved story is yours alone: the brief and every piece, ready to copy next month.

  • The brief is saved with the draft, so a story can be rewritten later
  • Every read and write names its owner; nobody else sees your stories
  • Delete removes it from the server, not just the list

Try it

Take a beat out. Watch the story fall flat.

Why five beats? Switch one off and see what the email loses. Or keep the story and change its voice. These pieces were written once for this page; nothing is generated while you watch.

All five beats. A person, a problem, a turn, a better day and a next step: the whole story.

Invented: Harbor Tax, Northside Cycles, Fern & Flour, Dana and Mira are nobody’s.

What’s included

Two ways to have Story. Everything in both.

On its own, or inside the Snow AI account you already have. Nothing in Story is held back for a higher tier.

Story on its own

For a business that only needs its stories written. Its own page and plan, on the Snow AI sign-in.

Pricing is being setA proposal until it’s final; no figure until then
  • The brief, the five beats and all four pieces

Story inside your Snow AI account

Add it to the account you use for other Snow AI apps. Anything the account already has is not charged again.

  • Everything in Story on its own
  • Ask shared with every app on the account, its use pooled

What having it in the family saves. Story on its own includes the AI that writes for it. Inside a Snow AI account, Ask and the sign-in are ones the account may already have through another product, and neither is paid for a second time. The figures will be set out here, side by side, once pricing is final.

A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice. If your account already has a capability through another Snow AI product, Story uses it and doesn’t charge for it again.

Part of Snow AI

Story writes it. The family sends, films and answers.

Story is one app in the Snow AI family, on the same sign-in. It does the words, and leaves sending and filming to the apps built for them.

Ask writes every draft

Story never calls an AI provider itself. Every brief goes through the family’s Ask, with the rules that keep a story to what the brief says.

Campaigns sends the email

Lists, templates and the sending itself live in Campaigns. Copy the email across today; a direct hand-off is in build.

Video takes it from the script

Film the script on a phone, then give the video to Snow AI Video for its poster, a playback copy and its captions.

Questions

Before you start.

Anything else, write to support@snowai.app and a person will answer.

Does Story use AI?

Yes, through the family’s Ask, never an AI provider directly. Story holds no model and no key of its own. The examples on this page were written once and saved: this page never calls Ask.

Will it make things up?

It is told not to, with every brief: no invented statistics, no claims the brief does not support, and no customer names the brief did not give. Read every draft before you use it, as you would a colleague’s; it is your business’s name on it.

What are the five beats?

The person your reader recognises; what was in their way, in their words; the turn, the moment your product changed things; after, what their day looks like now; and the next step, one clear thing for the reader to do.

Can I use a real customer’s story?

Yes, with their permission, and only what they agreed to share. Leave out health details, account numbers and anything they would not want on a public page. Story writes only what you put in the brief.

What is kept, and who can see it?

Nothing is kept until you press Save. A saved story keeps its brief and its pieces, and only you can see it. Delete removes it from the server.

Can Story send the email or post for me?

Not yet. Story writes; you copy each piece where it goes. Handing an email straight to Snow AI Campaigns is in build.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is being set, and no figure is shown until it is final. Inside a Snow AI account, anything the account already has is not charged again.

Can my team share stories?

Not yet: today each person’s stories are their own. A shared library for a team, with its own roles, is in build.

Your customers already told you the story. Write it down.

Five boxes, a few minutes, and an email, a post, a script and a page that all say the same true thing.
